Maggie DeGennaro, is a Top Associate with Stirling Sotheby's International Realty, part of the largest International brokerages in the world. She is a locally recognized expert in residential real estate. Maggie has lived in New Jersey and was schooled in Valencia, Venezuela. Maggie has over 32 years of business experience. Prior to Real Estate she worked for I.B.M and Arthur Andersen Consulting. She attended college in Alabama, Florida and IFREC school of Real Estate.

Florida has been home for the last 43 years for Maggie and her husband Peter. In her spare time Maggie has been affiliated with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Make a Wish Foundation, Take Stock in Children Program and Florida Hospital Volunteer Program.

Maggie is a former Director for the Florida Association of Realtors, a role she served in from 2007 to 2009. Maggie has served on the Risk Management Committee, International Forum and Affordable Workforce Housing Sub-committee for Florida Association of Realtors in 2009. She was awarded to the Orlando Board of Realtors Honor Society of Realtors for 2009-2010. In 2010 she was appointed to the Global Business Committee, Global Networking Forum and Professional Standards Forum. In 2011 she will serve on the Global Networking Forum.

On a local level Maggie is a member of the International Council. In previous years Maggie served on the ORRA/FAR Forum, and the Risk Management Committee. She was the past Officer for the Women's Council of Realtors in 2007/2008. She has her designation in the International Markets (CIPS), and her Transnational Referral Certification.
